  Halogence can carry out the data analysis with little or no existing documentation. Halogence has proven experience in reverse engineering complex data systems, using a unique, tried and tested approach.

• Parsers, (software which converts data files to different file formats)
  Halogence has a number of off the shelf parsers, which can be adapted to specific needs quickly. If the data parsing needs are more specific, Halogence can create customised software to specifically parse the data.
• Configuration of HT fusion
  Halogence can work with the customer to configure the HT fusion migration platform with the customer on site to enable speedy capture of migration rules, data validation and migration.
• End to end migration process engineering (conforming to ITIL V3 framework)
  Halogence can provide expertise and consultancy on creating migration processes, including Pre-Migration, Migration Production and post-production activities. We can advise on process dependencies, (input/output) success criteria, rollback procedures and standards. Halogence also has the capability to automate the process using off the shelf workflow tools, ensuring that the process can be repeated with predictable results.

Halogence can provide services to help gather the data migration requirements using HT fusion. Alternatively you can also use your own consultant to gather the requirements using HT fusion.

Once requirements have been captured, a Blueprint is exported from the client. This can be passed on to a production team which can work independently to process and report on data processing jobs. Halogence can provide services to set up a migration operation centre. Alternatively Halogence can provide consultancy on how to setup a migration operation centre with internal teams or external partners.

If any special extraction and parsing technques are required, Halogence can provide the necessary expertise to design and build the software so that it fits in with the workflow that has been created for the migration operation centre.
